I have been working as an Employment recruiter for over 27 + years. I have worked with individuals with disabilities, who are looking for employment and need assistance with accomodations to help them perform job requirements. I have a 90% success rate of getting clients placed and successfully closing their case. I enjoy working with clients to find their dream position training them, so they are successful with in the positions. We all would like to work we just need help finding the right position. 2002 I started my Property management Company, Brooks Management, inc, which I assist guest coming to Central Florida in obtaining a vacation Villas. I manage the properties and make sure all guest are provided top notch customer care. Cleaning and maintenance is also a big part of keeping the villas prepared for the guest through out the year. Working with and supporting the owners and making sure they are meeting their guest needs, so they have returning business. I enjoy caring for the guest and making sure their vacations are magical and what dreams are made of. Since i have been selling Mary Kay Skin Care and cosmetics Products. I truly enjoy educating customers on how to take care of their skin and how to enhance their natural beauty. My goal in the next year, 2014, is to finish my Master Make up Artistry Program and start my company, Beautifly Design By Kymberli. I am excited about this new upcoming bench mark in my life. I will keep all posted on this endeavor.
