   As the owner of Elite College Planning & Prep, I manage all aspects of the business - marketing, budgeting, and employee development. I am also a college consultant, which means I help students prepare for and apply to colleges. I work with a select group of students, and I meet with them regularly to track their progress. I work closely with each student. I try to make the process of applying to up to 10 colleges fun. I conduct workshop regularly, and I track each student\'s progress on specialized software. I also help with career planning - helping students select colleges and majors. I guide them through all of the applications - editing the essays required, searching out relevant and meaningful internships and volunteer opportunities, assisting student athletes through the NCAA process, and finding D1,D2 or D3 schools that are good fit. Lastly, I review awards letters, research scholarships, and help students apply for them.
