I’ve always been the one in the room to see the forest through the trees, clearly outlining problems, linking ideas together, defining success (and how to measure it!), aligning people and then creating a plan to get there. Not only do I enjoy V1 technical envisioning and delivery, but I also enjoy developing growth hacking consumption strategies! I love roles and programs that can use both my business strategy and technical program management skills. In a nutshell, I love aligning technology, people and process to bring new ideas to life! I believe that diverse opinions and perspectives build better products. I believe discovery, vision definition, strategy, planning, execution, measurement and iteration help to deliver a great experience. In various roles I’ve developed innovative strategies, frameworks and templates to help others and drive transformative change. Colleagues would tell you that I am someone with great ideas, someone that brings teams together, and galvanizes them behind purpose, strategy and authenticity and someone who gets things done. Throughout my career at Microsoft and Expedia, I’ve been tapped to deliver complex enterprise scale products and processes in various roles. Because of my strategy, technical and product management chops, I have delivered new businesses, created experiences that drive collaboration, built widgets that optimize operations, created data driven personalized experiences, driven growth and inspired customers and audiences with storytelling. Each of my roles in various organizations from consulting, to engineering, or from marketing to learning – have helped me develop and hone product and program management knowledge, behaviors and skills to deliver business and customer impact.
