As the VP of Sales & Marketing at Carroll Leather, I lead the brand development and sales growth for multiple industries for Carroll Leather, a company owned by Rino Mastrotto, a large tannery group in Italy. With a BS in Accounting and Business from Lenoir-Rhyne College, I have over 20 years of track record in luxury leather sales. Specializing in hospitality sales working with high profile accounts and managing a team of agents across the USA. My core competencies include new business development, marketing communications, and service as well as hiring and training representation for all territories and markets. I love selling and working with the clients. I am blessed to have a passion that connects me with amazing people. I also enjoy projects that require custom thought process and allow me to be creative. I am very driven and look for opportunities to set goals and accomplish goals.
