I have often been told that my voice can be picked out of a crowd. I have recognized that I am loud, that I talk a lot, and have grown accustomed to the question, “Does your mouth ever stop moving?” It is true, my voice is distinct, loud, and heard quite often. However, I embrace this quality about myself, and by majoring in Strategic and Corporate Communications at Chapman University, I have been able to advance my “chatter,” and transform it into effective communication in the business world. I believe that the education I have pursued has given me the ability to use my distinct voice to my advantage. I aspire to be the voice of reason, of knowledge, of leadership, not simply the voice with the highest amplitude in the room. I want to facilitate productive and effective conversations to better navigate the passions I have in the world of business such as sales, marketing and negotiations. One day I will no longer be told that I am loud, but rather, “you have a strong voice… you lead the room…keep speaking.” Lets Connect!
