The biggest risk with AI isn\'t the technology itself, it’s our rush to deploy things we can’t actually control. I’m on a mission to ensure that as AI grows more capable, it grows more accountable. I don’t believe the future of machine intelligence should be a \"black box\" that we simply hope is right; it needs to be a transparent tool we can actually audit.I’ve built my career on this distinction. After earning my Doctor of Technology in Responsible AI from Purdue, I stepped into the healthcare sector as an AI Knowledge & Ethics Engineer.    AI Quality Assurance & Governance Pioneering and executing a comprehensive quality assurance framework for LLMs, auditing outputs for factual accuracy, prompt alignment, and clinical safety. Defining and maintaining gold standards for key AI output types, enhancing model performance and refining behavior through direct collaboration with engineering teams. Establishing a full-cycle feedback loop for AI quality, from initial review and analysis to prompt iteration and dataset refinement, which measurably improves output accuracy. Proactively identifying and mitigating legal, ethical, and reputational risks for AI use cases by defining safety guidelines and guardrails in partnership with Legal, Product, and Engineering.
