About Kylie Kaspar Howenstein

I am passionate about my local community, and my goal is to work with innovative and impactful organizations to better serve and connect people with meaningful experiences. With 10+ years of experience working with and in nonprofit organizations and a graduate degree in Philanthropic Studies from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and 3 years in sales, I am an able fundraiser and specialize developing and executing strategy to engage, cultivate, and steward donors and constituents to create long-term relationships. My work is always ethically driven, and I aim to provide donors with optimal experiences with their chosen organizations. I am proud to currently serve on three boards in my community: ArtMix, Fountain Fletcher District Association, and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s young professionals group, FORTE.

I manage major donors, volunteers, and club pledges in the Western US & Canada. We are in the midst of our newest campaign, The Possibility Project, with the goal of impacting 10 million children globally through grants to Kiwanis club service projects by raising $25M over the next 5 years. My major focus is managing local volunteers and soliciting major gifts and club pledges for The Possibility Project.
