As Bid Solutions Manager, I oversee the full lifecycle of the bid process, from pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and requests for information (RFIs) through to requests for proposals (RFPs), final submissions, and client presentations. I manage bids across both North America and the UK for PageGroup, partnering closely with Key Account Managers to shape winning strategies and define clear differentiators. My focus is on producing proposals that are compelling, fully compliant, and aligned to client requirements and scoring criteria, ensuring we maximise our success in competitive tendering.I manage and coordinate the full production of bids and fee proposals, engaging and directing input from multiple departments—including Legal, Compliance, HR, Sales, and Finance—to produce high-quality, professional submissions. I ensure timelines are clearly communicated to Key Account Managers and stakeholders, allowing sufficient time for review and refinement ahead of submission.In addition to coordinating bids, I maintain and track our pipeline of opportunities, follow up for client feedback, and continuously look for ways to streamline processes to improve efficiency. This includes updating and enhancing our central bid library, gathering refreshed content from stakeholders, and embedding new data and examples of added value into proposals.I am proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF editing. I take full ownership of my workload, effectively prioritising tasks in line with business objectives while consistently maintaining the highest standards.
