Hi! I\'m Kylie O\'Connor, a recent graduate of Temple University, where I earned a Bachelor\'s degree in Media Studies and Production from the Klein College of Media and Communication. I\'m currently working as a Content Production Coordinator for QVC\'s TikTok department.I was a News Intern at WGAL 8 during the Spring of 2025. In Fall 2024, I was a Morning News Intern at WPHL17, and in Fall 2023, I held a Partnership Marketing Internship with the Philadelphia Union.I’ve gained hands-on experience as a sports reporter, beat reporter, and graphics coordinator for OwlSports Update, and spent two semesters as a producer with WHIP Sports, Temple’s student-run radio station. I also served as a Sports Desk Anchor and news reporter for Temple Update, TUTV’s student-run news program.    Traveled to New York to support QVC TikTok’s Super Brand Day, preparing, staging, and rotating products for hosts to effectively showcase offerings and increase real-time discovery and conversion during livestreams- Prepare and support 10+ livestreams in a single day across five TikTok channels, sustaining smooth execution and cohesive brand representation across concurrent productions- As the first Production Coordinator hired within the department, established efficient workflows to manage 450+ items sold through QVC’s TikTok Shop that are showcased across five livestream channels, laying the operational foundation that supported the hiring and onboarding of two additional Production Coordinators. Facilitated recurring 2-4 hour daily shows and multiple 8-hour Mega Lives by maintaining precise inventory coordination and consistent execution for high-volume live commerce- Led product intake, cataloging, and on-set preparation for 50+ SKUs during major Mega Live events, including QVC’s Christmas in July, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and TikTok Shop’s 1-Year Anniversary Mega Live. Enabled continuous on-air pacing by maintaining accurate product rotation and supporting guest hosts throughout extended livestream schedules- Contributed to QVC’s TikTok Shop expansion by supporting live commerce operations that helped secure the #1 revenue ranking on the platform in October and November, surpassing leading national and global brands through coordinated production, talent, and merchandising efforts- Reviewed upcoming host show times in Airtable and built TikTok dashboards used by hosts, creators, and producers to launch and coordinate livestreams across five channels. Consolidated daily product assortments into structured show plans and analyzed prior livestream performance to support consistent reporting and more informed planning.
