March 2025 - NOWAssistant Project Manager - MEPs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Building W41/Metropolitan Storage Warehouse. A $270 million adaptive reuse of sf historic masonry storage facility into a new “design hub” for MIT to house the School of Architecture and Planning. The former Metropolitan Storage Warehouse (“the Met”) is prominently positioned to become the western gateway to campus and is being renovated to include assembly spaces as well as design studios, classrooms, workshops, a large makerspace, and office spaces. At a minimum, the project will meet LEED® v4 Gold certification.(Project in progress.)
