I’ve always been the person who loves solving messy problems. Even as a kid, I was reorganizing my to-do list or finding a faster way to get chores done (my siblings didn’t always appreciate my “process improvements,” but it stuck).That curiosity grew into a career across strategy, customer success, and operations. and today, into category management. Previously, I spent several years at Peloton helping teams turn complex challenges into scalable, people-first solutions that saved millions, unlocked new revenue, and elevated the customer experience.
