As a Human Resources Director I have a passion to create an atmosphere that encourages professional growth and development in a diverse and uplifting work culture. I provide hands-on experience supplying businesses with innovative strategies and programs that train, onboard, and cultivate employees with smooth operations and improved processes that are in compliance with regulations and best practices.I have been recognized for my expertise in many areas including Training & Development, Problem Solving, Process Improvement and Optimization, Diversity & Inclusion, and Solutions Management. I strive to continously identify areas that need attention, creating structure and increasing proficiency and productivity, while bridging communication gaps for open channels and efficiency across the organization. I thrive in high-volume environments, investigating employee relations and tracking issues to swiftly resolve and eliminate any potential negative impact, meeting strict deadlines and aligning values properly to achieve corporate goals.People are my passion. I have found in my career that investing in your people will get any organization further. My drive comes from being an advocate for all employees, because I have been in the shoes before where people were not an advocate for me as an employee. I take my experiences and know how I can do better for the employees as a Human Resource Director.
