I am based in Chicago, Illinois, with 20+ years in consulting, 20 years in the Enterprise Content Management Space, and 10 years in the Records Management space.Formerly at Accenture, I was a Senior Manager in the Accenture Information Management Services practice leading the Records Management Expert Network. My work with clients has varied the full range from helping to define needs and setting strategy, to planning, design, build, deploy, governance and operational management of large scale portal and content management and records solutions. I have also worked in Alliance Management and formation, in the Emerging Technology Delivery practice at Accenture, and as a researcher in Accenture Technology Labs.
