ABOUT KYLE INGRAM

Aviation has shaped my life in more ways than one. I spent my late teens and 20s accumulating thousands of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight hours in helicopters worldwide, tackling complex and demanding missions. From precision external load operations to mountain flying, High Arctic missions, powerline construction, and wildlife capture, I’ve navigated challenging environments in Bell and Airbus aircraft—each flight adding another layer to my expertise. These experiences were instrumental in developing my ability to think strategically, lead effectively, and manage crises in life-saving environments. In 2017, I earned my Bachelor of Commerce degree, opening the door to aviation management. Transitioning from shift work in British Columbia (BC) to full-time operations in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) allowed me to balance flight line duties with leadership roles. This period honed my financial and business acumen while strengthening my ability to communicate across technical teams, senior executive leadership, and clients. Then came COVID-19, a period of global uncertainty—but also a pivotal shift in my career. I successfully attained my Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and transitioned fully into management while also diversifying into fixed-wing airlines and aerospace operations. Now, in the 2020s, I specialize in large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar program management, which includes leading major aircraft modifications that transform platforms into information, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) assets for Five Eyes (FVEY) countries, NATO government agencies, border protection, and security operations. Through a commitment to exceptional quality, I’ve cultivated influence within and beyond my organization, supporting both direct and indirect people management while ensuring adaptability in an ever-changing industry. Aviation has always been more than a career—it\'s a dynamic, evolving frontier where strategy meets execution. Whether in the cockpit or the boardroom, I thrive on pushing boundaries, solving complex challenges, and driving innovation in aerospace.
