The Enterprise Solutions Consultant (ESC) II supports enterprise objectives within the framework of Information Services (IS) by managing technology projects that increase efficiency and improve customer service. The ESC II creates, and updates project schedules based on changes within the project life-cycle. Projects at this level generally have implementation periods of less than 2-years and generally may affect processes of more than one department within the organization and is accountable for providing strategic consultancy support. Incumbents are responsible for the development and management of multiple strategic and/or process improvement projects designed to achieve higher levels of efficiency or effectiveness. This includes requirements gathering, specifications writing and general system and process reviews. The incumbent will also assist the business in managing the RFP process when software and/or technical services are procured. My responsibilities Include: • Proactively Lead & manage project-related issues on account or assignment. • Ensure project requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budget guidelines. • Participates in the development and issuance of project procedures and policies; reviews and makes recommendations on procedures and policies • Work with business leaders to develop their departments business plans focusing on industry and consumer trends to identify processes that have the potential to be changed to reduce cost and/or to improve efficiency recommended changes, develop implementation plans and assist in implementation. • Perform other project related tasks
