I oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our products deliver maximum value to our customers while aligning with the company’s broader goals. I define product requirements, collaborate with design teams to develop user-focused designs, and work with engineers to bring these ideas to life. I also lead product research and provide direct customer support, ensuring that the voice of the customer is central to our decisions.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I play a key role in setting the long-term vision and strategy for the company. I work closely with leadership to balance the short-term goal of securing our next round of funding with a focus on building sustainable products that support our customers\' evolving needs into the future.I lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and leadership, helping our small team move fast to deliver high-value features. I implemented analytics from the ground up, focusing on key metrics such as revenue and active user growth.Working closely with the CEO, I ensure that customer satisfaction and long-term value creation are at the core of our product development. When I started, we had no software product—today, we have a fully operational platform that is driving our growth.
