I\'m an instructional designer with a multi-disciplinary background in curriculum and assessment, project management, and community leadership. My journey through education, technology, and public service has equipped me with a unique set of skills that I use to build impactful learning experiences and drive positive change in every project I undertake. My driving force is a desire to see - and to make - a better future for people. Maybe you can blame Star Trek for that, but it\'s really no surprise that led me into twenty years in public education. And it\'s most certainly what sent an introvert into a decade of door-to-door advocacy. I\'m an idealist who loves a good challenge. I find joy in learning something (anything?) new.    Supported alternative high school students\' graduation goals through mentoring and tutoring across all content areas. Proven ability to use data analysis to identify student needs, prioritize intervention efforts, and track progress. Project management: Led the planning and execution of a new credit recovery process for struggling students, resulting in significant increase in the credit completion and graduation rates at Springdale’s alternative high school over the previous year. Data analysis: Aggregated performance metrics from multiple data sources to power administrative dashboards and enable coordinated real-time academic response strategies. Automated the generation of individualized action plans for students, and monitoring plans for teachers based on credit needs and scheduled rosters. Workflow Coordination: Managed the entire process life cycle, facilitating stakeholder communication to connect students to resources and ensure accountability for planned milestones
