About Kyle Schaffer

In my career, I’ve been fortunate to align both a passion and a talent of mine – the passion is sharing knowledge and importance of financial wellness in life, and the talent is being able to build a strong relationship and share that message in an effective and repeatable fashion. How I became passionate about financial wellness was part in education, but mostly through first-hand experience, trial and error. That has left me with meaningful perspective and knowledge about a critical need among all generations – self-driven path to a successful retirement among an increasingly dynamic market environment. This information has positively affected my life since entering into the industry and I look forward to educating my own kids In it as well, only with a much earlier start than I got. With my career, I have the unique opportunity to partner with advisors in Colorado as they share their message and value add. How do I partner with advisors? I focus on building relationships through meaningful communication. I didn’t realize how naturally this came to me until college, when I gravitated towards learning another language. That has translated to my career by bolstering the ability to be an intermediary between parties; taking a complex idea and being able to share that to my audience in a way that allows them to repeat it for their clients. I’ve built meaningful professional relationships over my tenure in this industry by adhering to two tenets: tailoring a message to the specific needs of the audience and their clients and always put myself on the same side of the desk as them, having their success matters to me.
