I also held union leadership positions as President of the Eau Claire Professional Police Association, Local 9, and as a Director on the WPPA Board of Directors—experiences that now inform my role supporting critical incident management and labor relations.Prior to joining WPPA full time, I taught in the Criminal Justice Associate Degree Program and the Wisconsin DOJ Law Enforcement Academy, specializing in communication-based instruction such as Ethics, Report Writing, and Community Policing.I’m passionate about upholding professional standards and ensuring our members are empowered and protected in the field.
