With a proven track record of success that includes managing 7 different data engineering teams totaling over 30 developers, playing a critical role in an EHR migration, re-platforming an entire book of business totaling over 60 clients and unique users, managing and completing over 100 data integration projects (typically managing around 30-40 projects at a time), I am highly proficient in leading projects and products with an innate ability to effectively communicate the value of products, solutions, and ideas to key clients such as Microsoft, Chipotle, Edward Elmhurst Hospital, Southeastern Grocers, and Bon Secours Mercy Health. Throughout my career, I have consistently met and exceeded my professional and personal goals. Some of my greatest accomplishments include successfully introducing 7 teams into agile scrum methodology leading to significant positive results, successfully managing a book of business worth over $5 million, helping build and lead a brand new team from the ground up, having a support satisfaction score of 4.9/5 from over individuals, and rescuing the a large client from terminating their contract (worth $1 million per year) and increasing their satisfaction rating by over 80% in the span of a month.
