ABOUT KYLER BURGI

I\'m an attorney focusing on bankruptcy and creditors\' rights, distressed assets, business separations, and commercial litigation. My bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice spans multiple industries, including oil and gas, mining, real estate, retail, tech, and recreation. I help lenders, borrowers, trade creditors, lien holders, and equity holders develop and implement strategies to navigate in-court and out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, and receivership actions. I also enjoy assisting clients with the purchase and sale of distressed assets, from preparing bids, to obtaining necessary approvals, to post-closing matters. My practice also involves consulting on commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions to help manage risks associated with insolvency and bankruptcy. As a litigator, I\'ve partnered with clients to achieve the successful resolution of numerous lawsuits and arbitrations, including adversarial business separations, purchase agreement disputes, fraud claims, breach of contract actions, and real estate disputes.
