About Kyle Rasmussen
I\'m a general manager and operations & finance executive with experience in a variety of industries and in C-suite-level roles (CEO, COO, CFO). I have over 10 years of experience in the home services industry alone. I graduated with the \"9/11 Class\" at the U.S. Air Force Academy, and was a commissioned officer in the United States military, serving during the Global War on Terrorism as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. After the military, I attended an Ivy League business school as a full-time, two-year MBA student on full merit-based scholarship (at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY). I’ve been a Head of Operations (three times), a CFO, and a General Manager for a 80-year-old company. I’ve grown and scaled startups, successfully turned around multiple organizations, served as “fractional CFO and COO”, sold / exited companies, and improved processes at midsize and Fortune 500s. I\'ve also played an active role in community service, and was a Points of Light recipient from President Bush. I was a finalist for the White House Fellowship (“finalist” means I didn’t win). In my free time, I coached a semi-pro sports team (football) to 2 national championships and a 48-1 record over 5 seasons. Other interests include: van-camping, noise-making (electric guitar), money-losing (investing), watch-wearing (horology), and fly-fishing.

I lead an 107-person, 80-year-old home services company with direct ownership of a $45M P&L, and across multiple trades, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. I own decision-making for all revenue, labor, job costing, personnel, marketing, and strategic & competitive positioning. I work with some of the best tradesmen in the industry, and serve on behalf of a premier private equity company.
