Since August 2020, I have served as the Co-Founder and Director of Licensing and Educational Outreach at Uproar Theatrics, a groundbreaking theatrical licensing company. Our mission is to connect educational theatre markets with exceptional new material while providing innovative support for performing arts teachers. In collaboration with thousands of primary, secondary, and higher education teachers nationwide, I promote the plays and musicals in our catalogue while offering comprehensive assistance in navigating the complex intersection of public education and the performing arts. This includes addressing financial matters, fundraising initiatives, and administrative and community concerns. Additionally, I offer workshops and training sessions at conferences across the country, covering a spectrum of content-specific activities, pedagogical practices, and strategies for promoting equity and inclusion in the modern performing arts classroom.
