   As an Account Manager, I play a pivotal role in supporting Project Managers and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process. I serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain a high level of communication and coordination. On a daily basis, my responsibilities include: Daily Meetings: Conduct morning meetings with each Project Manager to discuss workflow and ensure alignment on project priorities. Lead Management: Qualifying and assisting with new leads. Introducing Project Managers to qualified leads, creating proposals and quotes for events, and reviewing quotes before client submission. Client Interaction: Serving as a primary contact for clients, offering additional outcome options when sending quotes, managing terms and discounts for clients, and following up with current leads to help close sales. Workflow Management: Managing and continuously updating each Project Manager\'s workflow tabs, ensuring efficiency and organization in project execution. Event Procedures: Ensuring Project Managers complete event procedures for confirmed events, including crew calls, venue calls, collecting client content, creating show books, flagging jobs ready to invoice, and sending event follow-ups. Confirmation of Events: Managing the confirmation of events by ensuring all necessary information is received, correct terms are established, and deposits and final payments are received per the agreed terms.
