Excited to step into my new role as IT Program Manager, where I’ll be leading the planning, execution, and oversight of a diverse technology project portfolio in alignment with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Director of IT, I collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex projects that support business growth and operational efficiency.In this role, I’m responsible for developing program plans, setting clear project milestones, managing budgets, and measuring KPIs while fostering a culture of communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
