Builder of happier, healthier, safer communities at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and operations.I lead at the intersection of applied research, health policy, and aging services — translating evidence into practice and practice into policy change. My career spans academic health systems, federally funded research centers, nonprofit organizations, and government — all oriented around the same core question: how do institutions actually improve outcomes for the people they serve? I\'ve been a principal investigator on NIH, NIMH, and HRSA-funded studies, directed multidisciplinary research teams, secured $8M+ in competitive federal and foundation funding, and produced findings for audiences ranging from peer-reviewed journals to congressional stakeholders to C-suite executives.
