What I build: I\'m a founder and operator with 13+ years running FitDel, a fitness equipment rental company I scaled to rentals in Central Texas. I also built Big Rentals Software (BRS), the first full-lifecycle rental SaaS platform for durable goods and reverse logistics.Why me: My PhD in Science, Technology, and Society gave me the framework to understand regulatory and enterprise complexity. The 13 years of operations gave me the scar tissue to build software that actually works in the field. We became software engineers because the business forced us to — every workflow was designed by someone who lived the operational failure modes, not theorized about them.Track record: 8-figure federal contracts (HHS, DoD, DoE) as a Director at Perot Systems.
