   Plan and coordinate all of NBA2K animation work, managing a team of 12+ animators and leads across multiple disciplines (face, body, technical), alongside Animation Director- Track all of the captured animations and task out work on 10s of thousands of shots between internal and external animators each year- Foster close communication between animation leads, their teams, and associated collaborators, including major outsourcing partners- Liaise between motion capture studio, story and design teams, engineering, tech artists, and studio leadership to ensure smooth development of features requiring animation- React to, and triage against, constantly evolving motion capture shoot schedules due to rapid iteration on features within a yearly cycle- Meet regularly with art leadership to confirm alignment of priorities and goals for the year’s development and release cycle- Oversaw animation departments transition to next-gen while increasing outsourcing contributions year over year to match the expanding scope of the NBA2K franchise- Mentored junior producer to work alongside me during NBA 2K23’s development cycle.
