As the Director of Organizational Performance at Ovation Construction, I serve as the strategic bridge between our company vision and daily execution through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). As the EOS Integrator, I manage the leadership team’s operational alignment by facilitating weekly synchronization meetings, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing internal processes to fuel our growth and better support our customers. My role also encompasses the full scope of human resources, from directing talent acquisition and onboarding to performance review frameworks and leadership training. Ultimately, I champion a culture of accountability and excellence while ensuring all operations remain in full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
