About Kyle Kaempfer
I am a Senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville working towards a business degree in Marketing with a collateral in entrepreneurship. I have always been a well-versed influencer and a strong relationship builder. In my previous position as a referee, I was selected to pick and choose the reffing teams that would perform because of my ability to relate to and help the other staff members on my team. Some of my business interests include understanding consumer marketing patterns and the financial upside of the business world. My experiences with competition and competitive job fields have prepared me to pursue a career where I can utilize my knowledge in people skills and congeniality. For example, I own my own landscaping company which has led me to build skills in outreach and customer satisfaction. My career goal after college is to be a marketing campaign leader at a large-scale company so I can make influential decisions.
