My role is about orchestrating the system end to end, ensuring demand flows efficiently into sales, empowering our consultants with stronger opportunities, and turning marketing investment into measurable revenue impact.At HAL that means scaling across a large database, while at Seabourn it means aligning growth with the sensitivities of a trade-driven business. The result is a reliable engine for immediate bookings and long-term guest relationships.
