ABOUT KYLE LAWRENCE

I\'m a seasoned project engineer, leader and strategist. I\'m an expert in business communications, process design and project management. Having experience as both Construction Engineer and Process Project Manager, I have excelled on numerous projects within the Food & Beverage Industry. I have extensive knowledge of process equipment, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, installation and commissioning. I continue to utilize my resources to ensure that all applicable hygiene and food standards are strictly followed as well as good manufacturing practices (GMP\'s) for any of my projects. I\'ve worn many hats in my career: engineer, writer, researcher, manager, marketer, strategist and programmer. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:1. I don\'t care who gets credit. I just want to win.2. I have Big Ideas. Lots of people have Big Ideas, but execution is what matters and I execute. I\'m the calm one. I run toward fires. If the left side and right side of my brain were hands, I\'d be ambidextrous. I am a multi-linguist of technology driven business. I speak fluent geek, marketer, designer, manager and difficult client. Understanding means fewer missteps and missteps are costly.
