With experience spanning 20 years in the marketing realm, I\'ve had the privilege of navigating the intricacies of both online and traditional marketing landscapes. Throughout my journey, I\'ve had the opportunity to oversee various international programs for companies ranging from medium-sized enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. Currently, I oversee Regency Fireplace Products\' go-to-market strategies across the US, Canada, and Australia. In this role, I\'ve contributed to impactful integrated marketing campaigns and advertising endeavors, as well as enhancing our Marketing Technology stack. Moreover, we\'ve introduced dealer-centric marketing services, which have contributed to the growth and presence of our business in the market. In 2021, after the impacts of COVID, I Co-led the development of Regency\'s 5-year Strategic Plan. Prior to my current role, I\'ve had the opportunity to learn and grow in positions at Regency Fireplace Products, 7-Eleven Canada and Mediative (Yellow Pages Canada), where I focused on traditional and digital marketing strategy, product management, and performance media.
