About Kyle Morin

I am a motivated and technically proficient professional with hands-on experience in composite maintenance, spacecraft design, and mission systems in the aerospace & defense sector.I am working as a Design and Analysis Engineer at Boeing in Huntsville, AL supporting the SLS launch vehicle in the avionics group. Specifically, I am a part of the sensors and telemetry team that participates in testing and data analysis efforts for the various sensors on the Core Stage (CS) and Exploration Upper Stage (EUS).During my internship at GA Telesis, I developed an automated passivation concept using Arduino and linear-actuator technology for aircraft engine components (A320/A321), strengthening my foundation in test engineering, vendor coordination, and aerospace MRO operations.As a graduate student working on a multi-member thesis project designing a Venus orbiter, I led the space environment and payload integration efforts. I handled materials selection for the extreme Venus environment, balloon payload design for atmospheric sampling (50–70 km altitude), and systems-level risk and cost assessments.
