Scope includes service center unwind, asset dispositions, and systems carve-outs / implementations.• Manage Oracle Netsuite ERP implementation for EU businesses including project scoping, execution, and vendor management; completed on-budget and on-time. Continual evaluation of opportunities to improve data capture, transparency, and reporting.• Partner with IT and Data teams on SAP configuration including inventory costing modules with focus on process mapping, material costing, and Bill-of-Materials (BOM) creation for US business. • Partner with operations and commercial teams on creation of KPIs including standardized materials classifications to enhance performance management and global inventory management and reporting capabilities across locations.• Lead diligence on various buy-side M&A opportunities with support from corporate FP & A.
