I build and scale multi-sided marketplaces, operating at the intersection of supply, logistics, and platform economics.Over the course of my career, I’ve led early-stage operations from launch through scale and acquisition, and have also stepped into large, complex platforms to drive turnarounds and new revenue programs. Across both environments, my focus has been consistent: balancing growth, margin expansion, and long-term network health.My work lives in the tension points that define marketplace businesses like platform expansion vs. unit economics and revenue capture vs. ecosystem trust. I’m most energized where incentives are misaligned, economics are fragile, or the next growth lever isn’t yet obvious.I come from a hands-on, customer-centric foundation in hospitality management, and I still lead with that operator’s mindset. I believe strategy only matters if it translates into systems that work on the ground. I’m comfortable zooming out to see structural opportunity, and just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves to build the operating model that makes it real. I look beyond optimization toward architecture, identifying monetization white space, anticipating second-order effects, and helping platforms evolve without breaking the ecosystems they depend on.
