At Aptive, I’ve designed and implemented a new recruiting website optimized for SEO and usability, driving visibility and attracting top sales talent. Alongside web development, I’ve produced and edited video content, created social campaigns, and managed digital strategy to strengthen brand presence. I’ve also designed and published magazines highlighting individual sales rep performance, supporting internal recognition and motivation. Using tools like Figma, I’ve developed campaign assets for the Sales Ops team and executed UGC-driven initiatives to increase authenticity and engagement across platforms.
