ABOUT KYLEE BENTLEY

It all started in the NZ dairy industry, delivering fresh milk (yes, in bottles) at the tender age of 13, my first lesson in work ethic and funding my sports obsession.Fast forward a few years (and a few milk bottles later), and I’ve spent the past 25 years working across ICT operational environments in large, complex organisations. I’ve been on both sides of the table as a customer and a vendor, leading teams, shaping service partnerships, and always putting people experience at the heart of what we do. I’m passionate about building connected, capable teams who bring purpose and care to their work.Outside the office, you’ll usually find me doing the exact opposite of my day job, avoiding technology and chasing after our young son, Adam (he’s definitely faster). We live in a beautiful corner of Te Whanganui-a-Tara, spending as much time as possible outdoors fishing and diving. Sport has always been a big part of my life from playing at representative level in a few codes to being privileged to manage the premier team for NZ’s best Rugby League club (in my completely unbiased opinion), the mighty Wainuiomata Lions. These days my knees and shoulders are grateful the focus has shifted to family. My own sporting pace has slowed from netball and cricket to golf and lawn bowls and now mostly to playing taxi and caddy for our son’s sports.
