   Enterprise Operating Model & Product Operations • Lead enterprise transformation of the technology operating model driving standardization and delivery predictability across Business and Technology. • Own the Operating Model Standard defining planning, governance, and SDLC practices across Technology.Platform Ownership & Engineering Leadership • Own the ATOM Platform and lead a cross-functional, full-stack team. • Deliver integrated planning and delivery capabilities across Jira, ServiceNow, Archer, and Workday. • Help define and implement generative AI capabilities within the ATOM Platform for Jira epic/story creation and test case generation.Analytics, Reporting & Executive Visibility • Direct enterprise analytics and reporting strategy supported by BI development. • Built executive dashboards used by Executive Council, CEO, and Board to monitor initiatives, risks, and performance.AI Strategy, Governance & Delivery Enablement • Played a key role designing Ally’s AI process and governance model, ensuring alignment with Technology operating model, risk, and delivery frameworks. • Enabled AI-assisted workflow features that improved planning efficiency and reduced manual effort across product teams.Strategy, Risk & Regulatory Engagement • Serve as strategic advisor to Ally’s Technology Leadership Team. • Advise CIOs and senior leaders on strategic initiatives and operating model evolution. • Supported two Federal Reserve (FRB) exams with zero findings. • Represented Technology in enterprise change governance and risk remediation efforts.
