The AECOM-Transportation Demand Management (TDM) group is tasked with assisting the leadership of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) with the “Club Ride Commuter Services” program. Club Ride works with employers, commuters, and other stakeholders to reduce the number of single-occupant vehicles on Clark County roads while measuring the environmental impact of those behavioral changes.AECOM-TDM is responsible for the comprehensive management of Club Ride. This includes an outreach team responsible for developing community relationships and maintaining a network of employer partners that implement worksite-based commute option programs. It also includes the oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of sub consultants that fulfill regional marketing and communications along with specialized strategies to expand the program’s reach and impact.As Deputy Project Manager, I am tasked with identify opportunities; proposing strategic initiatives to grow the program membership based on local market trends; and assisting in the management of projects from inception through completion. Developing/tracking project milestones to ensure on-time/on-budget project delivery KPI\'s and coordinating activities/deliverables with a cross-functional team that includes outreach, marketing, technology, and operations. Track and compile program data outcomes to direct team activities; fulfill monthly reporting requirements and informational presentations to the client and stakeholders; and overseeing accurate reporting throughout our technical system platforms (Salesforce/Trapeze/TripSpark/RidePro). Administering day-to-day operations including team scheduling, inventory management, program budget, surveys, goal tracking, and expense management. Recruit, manage, develop, lead, and inspire the Outreach Team while monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the team effectiveness.
