Coordinate all sales opportunities, partnerships, deliverables and fulfillments of sales and sponsorships at the Sports Complex. •Facilitate all necessary components of sales and sponsorships with an emphasis on spring training and city special events, such as identifying prospects and leads, researching and evaluating strategies, developing new categories and inventory, boosting group and corporate outing sales, and executing promotions. •Other duties include providing event supervision and coordinating Sports Complex user events.•Oversee the production room including writing scripts and run of show for Spring Training, video board elements (Daktronics), stats (Dakstats), music (SoundDirector), replay (TriCaster & 3Play), and directing. •Manage the contract with our signage vendor (Covergent Print) and assist in managing the contract with our concessionaire (Levy). •Manage gameday and non gameday staff for the production room and a team of marketing/promotion interns.
