About Kyle Wilson
After ten years as a construction management professional, I\'ve learned that what excites me most is the relationships it takes to be successful. I\'m at my best when guiding a team – helping bring the many diverse people needed together to see a project\'s success – and helping each sub, owner, architect, and employee feel that they\'ve won from our work together.Among the privileges I\'ve had in my career, some of my favorite have been- Directing the implementation of construction management software company-wide at Vollkommen, a top-three residential builder by volume, and training each employee, subcontractor, and owner on its use, increasing company productivity by an estimated 38%- Providing onsite supervision for 200 multifamily units and project management supervision for an additional 1,400 multifamily units across the Mountain West region, totaling over $200 million in value- Managed mixed-use, storage, medical office, retail, and office projects as a Commercial Project Manager for Mint Construction, totaling over $20 million in value- Turning over 100% of commercial projects over under budget, averaging in savings per job- Providing high-value client interaction, often as the sole point of contact between investors and the construction team, for the Fourplex Investment Group (FIG). Some of my other favorite things include competing and teaching classes as a ninja warrior, having appeared on three seasons of American Ninja Warrior, playing, coaching, or refereeing rugby, and especially spending time with my two amazing young daughters.
