With a robust career in technical accounting and financial reporting, I provide accounting and financial consulting services to clients as a Senior Manager at CFGI, a Carlyle and CVC Capital portfolio company. With roots in the regulated utility and energy space, I\'ve since expanded to assisting pre-IPO clients in the life sciences industry as they raise capital, and prepare for reverse mergers and SPACs. I also have extensive history with ESG, sustainability, and non-GAAP reporting, including human capital disclosures and climate-related disclosures. I am especially passionate about assisting clients in implementing best practices using the Workiva reporting platform to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting.As a leader, I coach and develop talent across several teams. I collaborate closely with the internal and external stakeholders, responding to SEC Comment Letters, presenting to senior management and preparing Board materials. In the ever-changing world of accounting and reporting, I read and interpret new standards, helping implement them in ways that make sense for the businesses and team members involved in bringing the practices to life.
