Former Amazonian turned finance/operations leader & entrepreneur, passionate about helping leaders build and scale their businesses while also building my own. Co-founder of Saunic Ltd, a rapidly growing wellness studio bringing community-focused sauna and cold plunges across Canada. Our first location is open in Winnipeg, with additional locations launching nationwide in 2026 as we work toward becoming the country’s #1 sauna & cold plunge studio. Additionally, I\'m the founder of AKJ Consulting Group Inc, where I help companies create scalable financial structures and operational systems to support sustainable growth. Currently, I serve as VP of Finance for Mountain View Lube (MVL) — Canada’s largest Mr. Lube franchise group — leading growth, strategy, and reporting across 22 locations spanning three provinces. Over the past year, MVL has expanded from 5 to 22 stores through acquisitions, with a roadmap to triple revenue over the next five years. I’m also a multi-venture entrepreneur with a portfolio that includes food trucks, a rental property business, and other passion projects. Across all my ventures, my focus remains the same: building great teams, creating scalable systems, and driving long-term growth.
