I’m Executive Vice President, Project Delivery & Operations at ABA Architects. I transform vision into structure. I’ve grown with ABA since 2011, moving from project coordination to project manager to executive ops. Today, I oversee delivery systems and resourcing across our multi-residential and mixed-use portfolio. My focus is the unglamorous stuff that keeps projects on track: clear scopes, coordinated drawings, realistic schedules, and steady client communication. Day to day, I coach PMs, remove roadblocks, and line up consultants and authorities early so design intent becomes buildable detail. I care greatly about culture, supporting training, recruitment, health & safety, and the little things that make our teams better. Along the way, I’ve been recognized by our construction community and have taught part-time in Conestoga College’s ACET program.
