I currently serve as the FP & A Director for Reiter Affiliated Companies, the world’s largest multi-berry grower. Previously, I was the Global Finance Lead for Mars\' R&D Solutions organization. In this role, I was exposed to Mars\' R&D operations in three key CPG categories, Snacking, Petcare, and Food. Prior to serving in this role, I worked as an FP & A Manager for Mars\' shared service organization, Mars Global Services, managing the planning processes for upwards of $1B in annual spend across IT, HR, Finance, R&D, and more. Rounding out my experience at Mars was a sales strategy/operations role within its US confectionery unit. Prior to Mars, I worked at PepsiCo in roles of increasing responsibility, in Sales Finance and Procurement Finance.
