I advise Rayonier on its Forestry, Real Estate, and Non-Timber Income businesses, including legal matters affecting the Rayonier’s lands, corporate procurement and product sales, litigation management, acquisitions and dispositions, all company intellectual property matters, and the execution and support of compliance programs for these activities. I work closely with the Land Asset Management team on strategic land acquisitions and dispositions. Since 2015, I have been Company counsel for over $450MM of timberland acquisitions and over $600MM of timberland dispositions. I also advise Rayonier’s Non-Timber Income team on solar development, battery storage and aggregate mining projects.
