Assist the Athletic Director in the supervision of students, coaches, and teams. Assist the Athletic Director in the scheduling of athletic events, facilities, and transportation. Assist the Athletic Director and Director of Plant in the daily care and maintenance of athletic facilities. Often working closely with both Saint Xavier maintenance staff and outside contractors. Maintaining Saint Xavier athletic awards inventory and preparing the awards for all department award banquets. Working with the Athletic Director to supervise or schedule supervision for all on campus athletic events as well as specific off campus events. Coordinating the video streaming of home football and basketball events with an outside contractor. Working directly with the Saint Xavier Director of Communications and the Athletic Director in updating the Saint Xavier website and social media outlets primarily related to Saint Xavier Athletics. Serving as the Saint Xavier Athletic Department Ticket Manager responsible for all aspects of event ticketing. Serving as the direct liaison with the academic administration as related to the tracking and reporting of athletic eligibility. Coordinating game operation personnel for all home events including ticket staffing, press box staffing, and security.
