I\'m in the business of empowering future leaders. Before starting my role as Senior Content Manager for Paradigm Shift, I invested 7 years in sales, and 3 years in directing internal training. In my current role, I develop annual high school curricula, cohort-style college leadership programs, and engaging workshops for professionals and educators alike.My engineering background (bachelor\'s degrees in mathematics and electrical engineering from Texas A&M - Texarkana, and a master\'s in electrical and computer engineering from Oklahoma State University) might seem unconventional for leadership training. Yet, it provides a unique angle in crafting fresh perspectives in leadership content.I pride myself on my skills in project management, research, communication, use of generative AI, leadership, and facilitating. Whether it\'s overseeing four curricula or rolling out an online store, I strive to do good work well. My vision is to increase the world\'s leadership capacity.Outside the professional arena, you might find me traveling (I\'ve visited all 50 states), cooking through J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s masterpiece \"The Food Lab,\" or creating soothing Lo-Fi beats.
