I build data platforms that businesses actually trust.Over the past 12 years I\'ve led data engineering across some of the most demanding environments in healthcare and high-growth DTC, from architecting enterprise data governance for 180+ hospital facilities at HCA Healthcare to building AG1\'s entire modern data stack from the ground up on Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Airflow, and Fivetran.What I care most about is closing the gap between raw data and decisions that matter. That means building dimensional models that become the single source of truth, establishing semantic layers that end the \"whose numbers are right\" argument, and creating data teams that ship reliably and own their outcomes.I\'m a hands-on technical leader who still writes dbt models, conducts PR reviews, and architects Snowflake solutions because I believe the best data engineering leaders stay close to the work. At AG1 that meant owning a platform spanning 100+ pipelines and tables while running an engineering org of 25 across 4 engineering managers.I\'m most energized building in environments where data is genuinely mission-critical, whether that\'s healthcare, high-growth DTC, or anywhere the platform directly drives business outcomes.
